Our Goals Going Forward

Strengthen Community Connections

Support events, programs, and public spaces that foster a strong sense of belonging and unity across our diverse community.

A vibrant community is a connected community. We are dedicated to creating more opportunities for neighbors to come together and celebrate what makes West Windsor special.

2026 is the 250th Anniversary of the American Revolution, and we are working with Revolution West Windsor, a coalition of West Windsor community groups, to celebrate all year.

We will continue to invest in community-centered events, like the upcoming 250th American Revolution celebration and our annual Community Day. New annual events, like a Community Picnic and the recent successful Diwali celebration, add fresh opportunities for our diverse population to get together.

Our accredited Senior Center provides a cherished space for our senior citizens to meet, take classes, hear music and lectures and obtain health and other information.  We will continue to add offerings and make improvements to the facility.

Additionally, we will keep championing the invaluable work of the local organizations that make our town a better place, including:

  • The Farmers Market
  • The Historical Society and its popular Farm Day and Music Festival
  • The Arts Council
  • The Bicycle & Pedestrian Alliance
  • Our Volunteer Fire Departments
